About RUS

Ruposhi Unnayan Sangstha (RUS) is a non-governmental organization, established in 2009, with a vision to promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life for communities across Bangladesh. Since its beginning, the organization has been working consistently to support underprivileged people through various social and economic development initiatives.

RUS is accredited by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) and the Department of Social Services (Somajseba Odidoptor), ensuring that its programs are conducted with transparency, accountability, and in compliance with national standards.

Feni Flood Relief 2024

During the devastating floods of August 2024 in Feni, thousands of families were severely affected, losing their homes, food supplies, and access to clean water. In response to this humanitarian crisis, Ruposhi Unnayan Sangstha (RUS) took immediate action to stand beside the flood-affected communities.
